Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason before sending anything back.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. We will provide return authorization and instructions. The return address is cresthyven, 51 Rue De Bouvigny, 62160 Aix-Noulette, France. Returns from the United States go to France and involve international postage. Please obtain authorization before posting your return.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with details and, where available, photos so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. The unused and original-packaging conditions for ordinary change-of-mind returns do not automatically exclude these claims.
Who pays return postage
We cover return shipping when the return results from our error, damage or a defect. You pay return postage when you change your mind. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days of approval. Contact us if you need help locating a refund.
