CresthyvenWhere we deliver
Free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, excluding any wait until the next processing day. Estimates are not delivery guarantees. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Processing and daily cutoff
Our cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year without daylight-saving changes. It differs from Chicago daylight time in summer. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders received before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the processing start; orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day. The 1–2 business-day handling period is counted from that start.
Transit and delivery
The 3–4 business-day transit estimate begins after dispatch and is separate from handling. Carrier delays or address issues may affect delivery. Contact us if you need help with a shipment.
Shipping charges and tax
Standard shipping is free on every eligible order. Checkout displays tax as $0.00; this does not mean the products are legally tax-exempt.
